The "Carnaval Eletronico" in Rio, São Paulo and Floripa is in full swing, and all those mega house and trance stars in Brazil competing against the more traditional part of Carnaval. At the end of the day, it's not a competition, just an extra layer of fun.
Edit: I have been just adding more clips - Carnaval ended on Wednesday (Feb 6), and it looks like Carnaval will absorve even more international heavy weights of the electronics music in the years to come.
