Just recently I learned that West Hollywood has one of the largest adult outdoor Halloween celebrations of the world. The famous Santa Monica Boulevard is closed off for traffic between Doheny and La Cienega, and sounds like people go really crazy with the customs, so not recommended for kids or for those that might be offended by simple things of life.
There is a possibility that I might be in Los Angeles for Halloween, and if I'm then I'll make sure to take some pictures for you guys.
